I'm an entrepreneur, founder, communicator, and connector. I've spent my career building businesses, leading teams, bringing people together, and understanding what makes people move - what drives us, what holds us back, and what allows us to become more.
My background spans entrepreneurship, leadership, marketing, human connection, and mental wellness. I spent nearly 15 years building and leading my own company and later founded Changing Humanity, a nonprofit focused on preventative mental wellness and helping young people better understand themselves.
My work today brings those experiences together with my continued study of psychology and human behavior.
There is more inside of you than you may be accessing right now - your strengths, your purpose, your potential.
I'm here to pull it out of you.
I Speak Boss is a different approach to life coaching. This isn't aftermath. We don't wait for life to fall apart before we start working on ourselves.
Together, we uncover what drives you, what's holding you back, and where you want your life to go.
I'm not here to tell you who to be.
I'm here to help you become the fullest version of who you already are.
Personal growth, mindset, clarity, and intentional decisions. Choose the experience that fits where you are and where you want to go.
